Tandem paragliding flights in the Soča valley are an exciting and adrenaline filled experience, where you can see the valley from a bird’s eye perspective. For tandem paragliding flights you do not need previous experience. Your pilot will guide you safely step by step.
The length of the tandem flight depends on the weather conditions. Depending on the conditions, we can take off from different take-off points. The most popular take-off points around Bovec are Mangart saddle and Planja (under Kanin). On request, we can arrange flights from other take-off points in the Soča valley such as: Stol, Mrzli vrh, Kuk and Kobala.

Included in the price: Experienced paragliding pilot, helmet, transport from our agency to the take off point and back to the agency, 22% VAT.
Reservation is required by e-mail. Please note that we keep our groups small and therefore our tours can fill up quickly during peak season.
Good to know
TIME IN THE AIR: Typically each flight is 20 to 30 minutes long. NOTE: Paragliding depends on weather conditions, so we can not predict the exact airtime.
TIME OF THE ENTIRE ACTIVITY: 1,5-3 h.
AVAILABILITY: Every day, weather permitting.
DEPARTURES: By agreement.
MEETING TIME: 20 minutes before departure.

About tandem paragliding flights in the Soča valley
What are the restrictions and requirements?
Minimum weight of the participant: 20 kg.
Maximum weight of the participant: 110 kg.
Minors: The parent or guardian of a minor must sign a statement allowing the minor to participate in the activity.
Medical conditions: All participants with certain medical restrictions must consult Outdoor Galaxy staff before booking.
Pregnancy: This activity is not suitable for pregnant women.
Alcohol and drugs: It is not allowed to be under the influence of alcohol or other psychotropic substances during the activity.
What equipment do I need?
Equipment we provide: Helmet.
Equipment you should bring: Suitable clothing to keep you warm during the flight, hiking boots, gloves, sunglasses.
Equipment you can bring: Contact lenses, prescription glasses with straps, sunscreen, medication, hair elastics, a camera which can be attached securely.
What is the reservation process?
Reservation by e-mail is required. Each reservation is subject to the reservation terms, which are listed on the TERMS AND CONDITIONS page.
What happens in case of bad weather?
In case of very bad weather (storm, lightning), the activity is cancelled. We notify you of the cancellation and together we try to set a new date. If it is not possible to set a new date and the activity has been canceled from our side, we refund you the entire cost of the reservation.
