A circular, undemanding cycling tour.

This circular guided mountain bike tour visits all major cultural and natural sights around Bovec. It leads you past the Virje and the Boka waterfall, along the emerald Soča river, the confluence and gorges of the rivers Soča and Koritnica, the Bovec airport, a first world war outdoor museum and more. Along the way this trail allows you to admire some of the mountains of the Julian Alps like Mt. Kanin, Mt. Rombon and Mt. Triglav. The tour is circular, has more variations and can be shortened or expanded.

Reservation is required by e-mail. Please note that we keep our groups small and therefore our tours can fill up quickly during peak season.

What are the restrictions and requirements?

Group size: Min. 4 guests.

Minimum age of the participant: 8 years.

Minors: The parent or guardian of a minor must sign a statement allowing the minor to participate in the activity.

Medical conditions: All participants with certain medical restrictions must consult Outdoor Galaxy staff before booking.

Pregnancy: This activity is not suitable for pregnant women.

Alcohol and drugs: It is not allowed to be under the influence of alcohol or other psychotropic substances during the activity.

What equipment do I need?

Equipment we provide: Bike and helmet.

Equipment you should bring: Cycling clothes and footwear, backpack, water, energy drink and bars.

Equipment you can bring: Contact lenses, prescription glasses with straps, sunscreen, medication, hair elastics, a camera which can be attached securely.

What is the reservation process?

Reservation by e-mail is required. Each reservation is subject to the reservation terms, which are listed on the TERMS AND CONDITIONS page.

What happens in case of bad weather?

In case of very bad weather (storm, lightning), the activity is cancelled. We notify you of the cancellation and together we try to set a new date. If it is not possible to set a new date and the activity has been canceled from our side, we refund you the entire cost of the reservation.
