The company Galaksija športa d.o.o. is the owner of the travel agency Outdoor Galaxy and the website www.outdoor-galaxy.com

These terms and conditions are an integral part of the agreement concluded between the company Galaksija športa d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as Outdoor Galaxy) and the customer who decides to purchase a travel package or other service from the Outdoor Galaxy offer. By paying the reservation fee for a travel package or service, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Reservation

  • Reservation of activities, guided tours and rentals: A valid reservation requires payment of the full amount for the selected service or as agreed upon or stated in the offer. The full amount must be paid at least 14 days before the reserved service or as agreed upon or stated in the offer.
  • Reservation of holiday packages and accommodation: A valid reservation requires payment of 30% of the holiday package price or as agreed upon or stated in the offer. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the start of the package or as agreed upon or stated in the offer.
  • Payment confirmation: After the payment is made, the customer will receive a payment confirmation with details of the reserved service.
  • Cancellation by the Customer: The customer may cancel the reservation in person at the Outdoor Galaxy agency or in writing via email addressed to info@outdoor-galaxy.com. In the event of a cancellation, cancellation fees will apply, which vary depending on the reserved service and the number of days remaining until the start of the reserved service.
  • Cancellation by Outdoor Galaxy: Outdoor Galaxy may cancel the reservation due to force majeure, such as extremely poor weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation by Outdoor Galaxy, the customer will be notified, and a new date will be agreed upon. If a new date cannot be arranged, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount already paid.
  • No Show: A customer who does not attend the reserved service (no show) is not entitled to a refund.

In the event of a cancellation by the customer, cancellation fees will apply, which vary depending on the selected service and the number of days remaining until the start of the reserved service:

Cancellation fees for activities, guided tours, and rentals:

  • 8 days or more before the service start date: 0% of the service price (free cancellation).
  • 7 days or fewer before the service start date: 100% of the service price (no refund).

Cancellation fees for holiday packages and accommodation:

  • 21 days or more before the service start date: 0% of the service price (free cancellation).
  • 20 days or fewer before the service start date: 100% of the service price (no refund).

  • Outdoor Galaxy (hereinafter referred to as OG) respects the privacy of its customers and ensures that any personal data provided will be treated confidentially. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the requirements set out in the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Slovenia.
