Cancellation of the reservation by the buyer

You can cancel your reservation in writing by email to info@outdoor-galaxy.com. In case of cancellation of the reservation, a cancellation fee arises, which varies depending on the number of days between the cancellation and the reserved service.

Cancellation of reservation from Outdoor Galaxy

Cancellation of a reservation by Outdoor Galaxy only happens in case of force majeure and most often due to very bad weather conditions. We will notify you of the cancellation and set a new date together. If it is not possible to set a new date, we will fully refund the cost of the reservation.

No show

Customers who do not participate in the agreed date and time of the reservation, activity / package (no show) are not entitled to a refund.

8 days or more before the reserved service – 0% of the value of the service (free cancellation).
7 days or less before the reserved service – 100% of the service value (no refund of the reservation).

31 dni ali več pred rezervirano storitvijo – 0% vrednosti storitve (brezplačna odpoved).
30 dni ali manj pred rezervirano storitvijo – 100% vrednosti storitve (ni vračila rezervacije).
