Explore crystal clear waters, pools, and waterfalls.

Situated in the Triglav National Park, the Predelica stream flows from the Predel pass towards the village Log pod Mangartom. Crystal clear water and the emerald colour of the pools will leave you speachless. Without ropes and other technical equipment it is impossible to explore all the hidden waterfalls of the Predelica canyon. One of the most popular and stunning is the waterfall Zaročenca, with its 32 m drop.

Predelica is not a beginner level canyon, and therefore we teach you how to actively participate in the canyon. All participants must have good fitness and swimming ability and no irrational fear of heights.

Included in the price: Experienced guide, safety briefing, canyoning equipment, round-trip transfer between our agency and the canyon, canyoning permit, 22% VAT.

Reservation is required by e-mail. Please note that we keep our groups small and therefore our tours can fill up quickly during peak season.

About canyoning in the Upper Predelica canyon

What are the restrictions and requirements?

Group size: 2-6 guests per guide.

Swimming: All participants must be able to swim.

Minimum age of the participant: 14 years.

Maximum weight of the participant: 125 kg.

Maximum waist measure: 120 cm.

Minors: Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Medical conditions: All participants with certain medical restrictions must consult Outdoor Galaxy staff before booking.

Pregnancy: This activity is not suitable for pregnant women.

Alcohol and drugs: It is not allowed to be under the influence of alcohol or other psychotropic substances during the activity.

What equipment do I need?

Equipment we provide: Wetsuit, helmet, canyoning harness with lanyard, carabiner, figure eight, socks, shoes.

Equipment you should bring: Swimwear, towel.

Equipment you can bring: T-shirt, contact lenses, medication (asthma, alergies,…), hair elastics.

What is the reservation process?

Reservation by e-mail is required. Each reservation is subject to the reservation terms, which are listed on the TERMS AND CONDITIONS page.

What happens in case of bad weather?

In case of very bad weather (storm, lightning), the activity is cancelled. We notify you of the cancellation and together we try to set a new date. If it is not possible to set a new date and the activity has been canceled from our side, we refund you the entire cost of the reservation.
